Combining the harried action of 2D action-platformers like Turrican, the tactical maneuvering and counter-attack methods of artillery games like Worms, and the bloodlust of deathmatch games like Quake, the 2D action fragfest Soldat provides a a unique blend and viewpoint for online competitive gameplay. The side-scrolling game features an arsenal of deadly military weapons and netplay for multiple players over LAN or the net. This independent release is designed and supported by Polish coder Michal Marcinkowski and the Soldat Community.
