| Description | Ragnarok Arena has nothing to do with Ragnarok and something to do with an arena. It's a sidescrolling deathmatch mod for the Half Life game engine. Yes, a sidescroller. As in left, right, up and down. Ragnarok Arena isn't just your stock Half Life though, oh no. In fact, many different characters and weapons from various Half Life mods have made their way into Ragnarok Arena, allowing you to beat the everloving out of a Red Sniper while playing as a LEET... with a shovel. Or blow Gordon Freeman away with an AK47 while sailing through the air as the Natual Selection Colonial Marine. You can even feed a Nazi soldier a handful of snarks as a cardboard cutout image of the team members or even yourself. After all, you can finally give a damn about your player model in Ragnarok Arena. But really, I can't explain the insanity that is Ragnarok Arena in a single webpage. You'll have to download the mod and play it to find out what fighting in the Arena is really like. |
