| Description | the last 19 months I was allowed to work on this project with the goal of guiding it into a direction in which it could survive the 24 months in front of it. Within the team, we did achieve some things that are definately not usual to many mods out there - things like taking advantage of versioning systems, bugtrackers and custom built notification systems that were only possible thanks to indestructible workers like Bohnenspender. The work in the last 19 months was packed with so much stress that it created some sort of burn-out for me. Besides the great experiences I was allowed to make, I was also able to help out my friends to keep some weight off their shoulders. I am very thankfull for that. Now it is time to move on. Without completely turning my back on the team or this project, I am now leaving the TO:Crossfire Team to focus on something that is less stressfull. Something that will hopefully allow me to concentrate better on my private life and give me the space I need to continue my dedication towards so openminded and tolerant communities like those we can see today. |
