Assassin’s Creed: Rogue title leaked by Swiss retailer World of Games (rumour)

Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag

PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners dismayed by the news that Assassin’s Creed: Unity would be exclusive to current-gen consoles were pleased to learn of another Assassin’s Creed title due for release this year, codenamed Comet.

Eagle-eyed Twitter user @lifelower was able to use Google Cache to catch evidence of Swiss retailer World of Games’ premature listing of an Xbox 360 title named Assassin’s Creed: Rogue, which is presumably the final name for Comet.

With Gamescom on the horizon, it’s somewhat safe to assume that Assassin’s Creed: Comet will be officially announced as Assassin’s Creed: Rogue. We’ll update this story if Ubisoft decides to respond to the leak.

There is an Assassins creed : Freedom Cry on PS4 marketplace, same game? or this is new one?

Nothing can ever be leaked by retailers, the fact that it’s in their system is an announcement. I’ve always wondered why games media take that approach to the stories.

kato99,

Freedom Cry is DLC for AC: Black Flag that can be bought as a standalone title, I think.
This new Rogue thing is supposedly a full game for XBox 360 and PS3.
