With the next World of Warcraft expansion offering you the ability to simply buff your character instantly to level 90, it’s understandable that you might end up with a level 90 of a class you’ve literally never played before in your life.

What do you do if this happens? Well, you could fumble around and figure it out through experimentation, or you could just head to this page here and look at Blizzard’s own level 90 guides. Here’s one for you now:

I saw one of these crash course vids with a melee toon hitting a target dummy in the front. I cried that day.

So i always thought Hunter should be Auth-shot+Aspect of the pack = Win!!!!!

You are aware that the target dummies don’t have backs right? They can parry and block you regardless of which side you attack it from.

Key to being the best at killing stuff in WoW. Step 1, 2 ,3, 1, 2, 3, loot, /fistpump

I have never seen a parry or a block on the rear of a target dummy and I’ve been through alot of recount data on the backs of target dummies. I mean I could be wrong but I’ve never known this to be the case.

They would be better off just starting everyone off at level 90 and jacking the levels of the entire game so that people can properly learn their class.

Step: 1. realise you’re playing wow.
2. Stop playing wow.
3. Uninstall and delete you’re account.
4. Do anything else.

There, just 4 steps and you’re already infinitely better off.

I stopped playing at the end of WoTLK but I had the same experience, target dummies act/acted exactly like mobs, optimal damage from behind.

Yea I just jumped on, smacked a dummy from behind for 10 minutes 0 parries 0 blocks. Moved to the front and all of a sudden parries, dummies behave exactly like NPCs.

If you hate the game that much. Why read an article about it?

Also. One does not simply delete a battle.net account.

Huh.. Weird last time I mashed a dummy I distinctly remember getting parried and blocked by it. Guess maybe I was standing off to the side within it’s arc…. Or maybe being a main spec prot my warrior has taken too many blows to the head and thought he got parried.

Such is the life of a tank
