StarCraft 2.1 deployed, Arcade now open for free players

Blizzard send word that patch 2.1 for StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm is now available to download.

2.1 brings changes to the level of access available to free players, with Arcade mode, custom games, and all three races now available to enjoy.

Along with this, there are improvements to clans and groups, changes to levelling and XP, and new extension mods.

Best of all, the classic StarCraft soundtrack, also known as “one of the best RTS soundtracks ever”, is now available to enjoy while playing. Here’s a video!
