Here at games.on.net we know exactly what it’s like to have to suffer under the Australia Tax, and so we’re bringing you a new regular segment once a week that rounds up some of the best bargains from across the internet.

In this week’s issue, Amazon has some amazing deals from the Take Two franchises, Green Man are smashing out the deals on Bethesda’s RPG catalogue, and Steam offers some great deals on pre-orders.

Amazon

Amazon’s sales at the moment are Max Payne and Borderlands themed. These sales should be available through to Thursday so you might actually be able to use them this week! (Sorry!)

GamersGate

GamersGate have kicked off their holiday sales. Below are some of the games on sale for a reasonably long time, but it is worth noting that there are also some sweet Deals of the Day going — so make sure you check back pretty often for those.

This is still a pretty small selection of all the games on sale over there, so keep your eye on GamersGate.

Green Man Gaming

Green Man’s sales this week are focused entirely on the Bethesda catalogue, so whether you prefer your sandbox RPGs fantasy or post-apocalyptic, they’ve got you covered.

All these games require Steam to play and some of them are DLC and require the base game, so make sure you know what you’re buying!

It’s also worth noting before you purchase Fallout 3 that it doesn’t run natively on Windows 7 – only XP and Vista. It is possible to tweak the game into running on Windows 7 though, and handily, here is a full list of bug fixes for all the games. Don’t say we never give you anything!

The Humble Store

Only a few little sales over at the Humble Store this week. But as usual, 10% of all proceeds go to charity! So if you’re thinking of picking up any game, see if you can grab a Steam code from the Humble Store for a good cause.

Don’t forget that the Humble Jumbo Bundle is still ongoing!

Steam

Surprisingly few sales on Steam this week. Must be gearing up for the big ol’ Christmas sale. Here’s what we have:

Thanks for this post! I picked up a game I’ve been wanting.

For GamersGate it should be worth mentioning that we can manually navigate to the .co.uk storefront to avoid the Aussie gouge. So for instance Farcry 3 is £11.99 ~ $21.50 aud (Still pretty terrible considering it was $7.50 on Amazon over black friday)

Sweeeeeet. So many games, so little time.

lordkabab,

And so little money!
