Roberts Space Industries has updated Star Citizen‘s Hangar module once again, and while it’s not the most exciting patch in the world it does feature some exciting things. Chief of which is client-side persistence – now any changes you make to your hangar will be permanent, making using your hangar significantly less frustrating.
As mentioned in the official patch announcement you can now change your various ships’ loadouts, exit the program, log back in and enjoy looking at your still set up ships. Fish tanks have also been redesigned, with new decorations like coral and space crabs, and trophy cases have been implemented to allow everyone with fancy gold tickets and model ships to show them off.
Another public-facing Hangar update for Star Citizen will apparently be implemented before the end of the year – and while things are being kept quiet at the moment, it’s expected to be a doozy. To read up on all of the new additions and bug fixes in the latest Hangar patch, read the aforementioned the official patch announcement or the official Hangar Patch thread on the RSI Forums.
