Thief’s new screenshots include ninjas and guard-punching

Eidos Montreal have sent out a fresh batch of screenshots for Thief, the reboot of the classic game that’s due out next year. In these seven new screens, we get a look at the environment, some new shiny things to steal, and what appears to be ninjas. Which is cool.

We recently had a few hours hands-on with Thief and came away, well.. not quite convinced. Read that here.

Neither of which are a staple of the franchise, included only to cater to today’s audiences seemingly.

Sigh.
…I thought ninja’s were able to jump too… ;)

 

It’s a dude wearing a black bandana and dark armour… and Garrett looks like he’s about to discover why he should have stayed behind the crates.

 

aslong its got a good atmosphere and has a bit the old school thief vibe ill be happy :D looks pretty cool. But, we’ll see what happens
