Watched all of it while it was happening, really excited for PBR, it looks gorgeous.

yeah I rebought the avenger after that lol.

I finally loaded up the hangar module today before i went to work, looks nice even on my shitty (comparatively)500 series gtx card but even just moving the yoke inside is rather laggy. Running around etc seems to be fine but the interior is really raw in movement.

by laggy you mean low frame rate?

I’m running 560Ti and while its not really playable FPS its, IMO, running pretty well for pre-alpha and also for a game thats supposed to be next-gen.

I have an E3-1230v3 3.3ghz haswell , 8 gig ram , ssd+HDD ,
with Gigabyte Windforce GTX560ti

I get in the Discount hanger with Aurora LN LTI and Aurora MR LTI
on medium on 720p , 50 on average . It is miss a lot of graphic settings and options.

I will be looking into buying a ATI 290 (not the X) or Nvidia 780ti next year around Aug.

What CPU do you have Nekosan
You will find Arma 3 , Star Citizen , Crysis 3 , BF3 and BF4 are all going to be low on frames unless you have a good quadcore grunty i5/i7

The lag for the controls is known. It’s not a problem and should be fixed in the Dogfight module release. If it isn’t we get to have a whine about it in the bugfix forum :D

The 560Ti is still able to run it ok, though I’d be looking at minimum a 660 OC for it. Personally I’m grabbing an R9 290/X soon, it’s just a matter of whether I can wait for the aftermarket cooler versions or if I just go water loop instead. Trouble is for the water loop it’s an extra $300 on top…

For CPU any K series Intel or better will do, seeing as Multi-threading is going to be heavily used AMD CPU’s shouldn’t be at such a disadvantage as usual, but for gaming Intel still has more horsepower.

Due for an upgrade, i5 2500 and a gtx 560. Arma 3 runs perfectly on high settings, as does BF4 (Shanghai crash excluded). It’s definitely a code issue rather than hardware, i get the same problem when i turn too fast in the hangar, almost appears like network lag.

I’ve been planning on a 780ti but I’ve been flirting with the idea of that 290x x2 card when it comes out, depending on price of course. That thing will be cray cray.
