Paradox Interactive opened Magicka: Wizard wars to several new territories this week with the addition of local servers to enhance all your hysterical, chaotic, multiplayer action.

Happily, we in Australia are one of the beneficiaries; Oceanic servers will do us pretty well. Gamers in Brazil and Russia have also been favoured with nearby servers.

Magicka: Wizard Wars is now available through Steam Early Access, and has recently been enhanced by the addition of global leaderboards.

“Oceanic Servers” requires clarification as it can mean almost anything.

WoW has oceanic servers located in North America….

Are they specifically located in Australia? Singapore? Malaysia?

All these countries give us different pings.
