The beast that cannot die.

It looks like the catastrophic failure of Aliens: Colonial Marines wasn’t enough to convince SEGA to give up on one of their best licensed properties, with Creative Assembly reportedly now tasked to create a new Aliens experience.
A trademark for Alien: Isolation was spotted by SiliconEra, and Kotaku is claiming that they’ve spoken to a source on the inside who revealed that the game will be use “both stealth and horror elements” and is “inspired by games like Dishonored and Bioshock”.
It will reportedly follow the story of Amanda Ripley, daughter of Ellen Ripley, although quite how this fits into canon isn’t explained yet. Kotaku’s source says SEGA took the negative feedback from Colonial Marines very seriously and has already delayed the game by a year, having previously planned to announce it at 2013.
