Make an offer.

Valve have added a new feature to the Steam trading system that allows you to make a “package” of a Trade Offer and send it to a friend for them to examine and reply to.
Your friend will then see the Offer, even if they’re offline, or in their browser, and be able to respond to it. They can accept it, reject it, or make amends and send it back. Once both of you are happy with it, the trade will happen instantly.
Interestingly, you can put together a Trade Offer not only from your own inventory, but also while browsing the inventories of your friends — if something happens to catch your eye. However, friends with inventories set to Private will not be able to receive trade offers.
Check out all the details here, or log into Steam and head to your Trade Offers page to find out more.
