Adaptive camouflage, you say?

DICE have put together a big ol’ blog post explaining just how much they’ve increased the weapon customisation potential in the upcoming Battlefield 4.
According to the developers, not only have they made weapon stats much easier to read and understand, but they’ve also added heaps of new camouflage options and even a new ‘adaptive camouflage’ ability. Adaptive camo will reportedly change to match whatever terrain you’re fighting on, which is pretty neat.
Snipers will also be pleased with the new ability to “zero” your scope, allowing you to compensate for bullet drop once you’ve accurately estimated the range to your target. Meanwhile, those keen to explore will enjoy new ‘Battlefield Pickups’, which is a fancy way of saying “there are some cool weapons lying around the map for you to try”.
