DLC is "not out of the question", however.

Microtransactions have been a big deal at this year’s Gamescom show, with big names like The Elder Scrolls Online and even Microsoft’s Ryse announcing that they would include optional in-game transactions. Respawn, however, have said that that is something they’ll be staying far away from.
“For this one, I know we got asked a lot early on, like, will [we] be going near microtransactions, are you going to do that?” said Respawn community manager Abbie Heppe to VideoGamer. “That’s not us.”
“We’ve been so singularly focussed on creating this game and getting it out. We’re a small team and we just go project by project (…) This has been such a journey that I think we’re just like, ‘Okay, get this one out the door and then we’ll worry about everything else’.”
Heppe did say that DLC for the game was “not out of the question”, but confirmed that it wasn’t currently a subject of discussion at the Respawn offices.
In case you missed it, there’s a great Titanfall video from last week that perfectly shows off all the game’s key mechanics. Watch that here.
