New Dishonored: Knife of Dunwall trailer shows Daud’s new abilities

Dishonored: The Knife of Dunwall

Bethesda have released a trailer for the upcoming Dishonored DLC, The Knife of Dunwall, and it’s a great look into some of the new settings, enemies and powers that you’ll get to play with when April 16 rolls around.

Daud has a number of abilities unique to him and a number of tweaked Corvo powers, including the ability to summon Whaler assassins and new mines which disintegrate enemies. We also get our first close-up look at one of the enormous whales which power the world of Dunwall, and of course some more of everybody’s favourite Outsider. Take a look.

Looks interesting…will definitely try this out.
Did anyone spare Daud in the main game?

Also Michael Madsen ftw!!!

I did Ralph, 100% passive lol.

Can’t wait for this, hopefully it’s good for a few hours (Which if it’s anything like the main game, passive play through should easily add a lot of time).

I really need to finish the core game…

makena,

Ahh you goody two shoes. I mostly left all people alive (other than the real bastard guards who were beating up civvies) but killed all assassination targets. And I did spare Daud as he was nothing more than a tool IMO.

Still got the happy ending though :)

Always do Ghost/Pasifist playthroughs first off on these types of games. (I did pickpocket him however ;) ).

Currently $9.99 on GmG, expect it to arbitrarily be $14.99 on steam because of some BS PR talk about local retailer shelf space pricing or something despite that dlc isn’t sold in stores hence it’s namesake….similar to how the recent Farcry 3 Blood Dragon that went up yesterday is a handful of bucks more for us. /mini tangent

Meh, will probably wait for a 75% off sale regardless.

ralphwiggum,

Haha, my shoes are delightfully clean :D

The date was dd.mm.yy?

Yep :) It’s out next week.

For $9.99 on GMG (less 20% if you use discount code) is an absolute steal and imo worthy for such a great game. I’m going to show my support by voting with my wallet. Sales be damned I say.

That’s what I did!
