War of the Roses: Kingmaker edition brings all the DLC together in one bundle

Brian Blessed

And a bunch of other things as well. In fact Kingmaker not only has all the DLC released to date, but also adds a new ‘Assault’ mode to the game. Perhaps more importantly, it also adds Brian Blessed in the character of Richard Neville as the announcer! Bloody marvellous.

If you haven’t already got War of the Roses, then the Kingmaker edition is designed to entice you in — but if you do, then you’ll get all this stuff for free in an upcoming patch anyway. Lovely work!

Love the picture of Brian Blessed… did you know he voices the Grandpa in Peppa Pig? Or that Derek Jacobi is the Narrator for In the Night Garden?

OT; what’s this game like?

People speak in the Night Garden? That’s a demented show.. tiddly widdly tinkly finkly .. creepy.

I haven’t played it since Chivalry came out Mellie, I think Chiv is the better game.

OT; what’s this game like?

It’s basically Mount & Blade MP with better graphics and a sluggish combat system.
