Green Man Gaming giving away free games, starting with Ninja Blade

Ninja Blade

Well, technically they started with Zombies!, but we’ve missed that — so! If you head over to Green Man Gaming right now, you’ll find that you can grab yourself a copy of Ninja Blade for… well, free. And if you head over to Green Man Gaming in about eight hours from now, you’ll find that you can grab yourself a copy of Unstoppable Gorg, also for free.

And, of course, if you check back about twenty-four hours after that, you’ll find another game available for you, for free — this time, it’s Superstar V8 Next Challenge.

But that’s not all! “After the last game has been given away free,” Green Man tell us, “Playfire will round off the great free game giveaway with a competition where 5 lucky winners will each earn their choice of GMG Credit, XBL points or PSN credit to the equivalent value of £100!” Good times.

Got all excited until I realized I’d heard of the game before. I already own it. <_< (never played it though)

I’m all about free games :D

Hmmm looks like it’s free because ‘Playfire’ is paying for them so long as you sign up to their network.

I was a little frustrated having to link my account with playfire, and then register my steam account. But then I realised my steam account was set to private, and it still worked! Zombies is interesting, downloading ninja blade atm.

Sigh another one of these things. Id do it for V8 supercars 3 but nothing else has been good enough so far to sign up for a useless service.

I’ve done this. Ninja Blade is ok. Played the first 2 missions so far.
Its a direct console port, so don’t get too excited. Also a little buggy.
It feels a little like God of War 3 (and previous).

Probably better played with a controller, but I’ve been playing with a mouse and keyboard without too much hassle.

But for free you can’t really complain.

You don’t have to link your steam account. Just playfire and GMG

Have no interest at all of using “Capsule”. Got this, and Zombies yesterday for the trade in credit they very much had leading up to this promotion which is ‘conveniently’ not applicable to these titles anymore…

Meh.

Oh well, maybe they’ll become cash-in-able some time in the future like previous giveaways they’ve done.

Derp, missed it. Damn!

Ninja Blade works Ok
but it is a bad port in some areas
(Random FPS Drops,Falling though the Bottom of the Map xD.)
story is also kinda weak but for the price of Free it is a good laugh.

Unstoppable Gorg i am not so sure about. It is Published by Headup Games(Twin Sector was Abysmal to say the least.)but for free it should be ok(i Hope.)

Also that playfire thing took forever to link to steam for some reason,
