Skyrim Dragonborn DLC finally dated for PC, landing early next month

Skyrim Dragonborn DLC

Bethesda have revealed that the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim finally has a release date on PC: February 5, 2013. The DLC launched on XBox 360 back in December but, due to an exclusivity agreement with Microsoft, PC and PS3 players have had to wait until now to even find out when they’ll be getting it.

This also marks the first time PS3 players have had access to any sort of Skyrim DLC, with hold-ups meaning that unfortunate PS3 owners haven’t even had a chance to experience Dawnguard or Hearthfire yet. To celebrate, all three DLCs including Dragonborn will be 50% off for PS3 owners during launch week.

We reviewed Dragonborn last year, and found a surprisingly large add-on with a delightful smattering of Lovecraft to the whole thing — but some very nasty bugs as well.

Well this new came out last week… But late better than never.

this game is old and once reach level cap boring no point in keep playing or to get new add on unless they increase level cap i wouldn’t bother buying add on

yeah because level cap is everything, just do what i did, start a fresh game with all the new DLC and awsome mods you can get for it! Its hardly an old game, especially considering how much you can do in it!

The first Skyrim DLC I am even remotely interested in, which is a shame as I think Skyrim is an excellent game and I adore the ES series.

One word: Punctuation. Also, if you’re not playing the game for fun stuff you can do in game, instead of just reaching the level cap, then I daresay you’re doing it wrong. As to it being old, I personally still play Freespace 2 from time to time.

caesar69,

Replay the game totally different. I’ve always been either a warrior or an assassin in previous ES games. So I started a new game to be a mage and found it to be a much better experience.

caesar69,

By Reaching Level 80 in this dlc has you facing a legendary adventurer “The Ebony Warrior”… sorry for the hyperbole.
