Now you can play GTA IV as Vaas from Far Cry 3, like you always wanted

Far Cry 3's Vaas in GTA IV

It’s a pretty good match-up, swapping out Niko Bellic for Far Cry 3‘s unintentional star Vaas — and as the video below shows, it works rather well. The official mod page, where you can download it from, warns that you’ll need a higher-end card than normal to handle the bump-mapping on Vaas, so if you struggle to run GTA IV normally then you’ll probably want to leave this one alone. Enjoy!

Great idea, next match up Jason Brody in Postal 2 [It could be sequel to what he became when he returned home and how he was still bat shit crazy]

He is surprisingly suitable for the game. Well, maybe not that surprised.

silenceoz,

Well until that’s done you can play as The Postal Dude in IV :D

from the look of the mod page you can’t play as vaas, just put him in as a pedestrian.

This has quite obviously been ripped from FarCry 3 (and many other games, looking at his website), which is illegal, and not something anyone should be supporting/sharing.
