No delay for PC version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist, promises Ubisoft

Splinter Cell: Blacklist

Ubisoft have a hit-and-miss record when it comes to releasing PC versions of their major titles on time, so it’s good to know that Sam Fisher’s next outing — now delayed until August — will hit the PC at the same time as it hits consoles.

“The August 20th date is also for the PC version as well,” claimed an Ubisoft representative to Rock, Paper, Shotgun. “It is day and date with the console versions.”

Good news!

Ubisoft word and promises mean dilly squat

Look how they have turned Hard Core slow paced real tatical games like R6 and GR into action packed hollywood video driven linar 3rd person hp regen cod style shooters.

Sure I love GRFS1 for PC , but is it a proper GR game. Nope.

GRFS1 for PC still does not work correctly online for its multiplayer.

For me to even consider buying SCB , it will have to REMOVE p2p networking model and remove match making

GRFS and SCC networking sucks
