On a sidenote… have you guys heard about the game “running with rifles” ? I wrote a mail about it a while ago, unfortunately with no reaction at all.

As Tim said, the latest alpha is miles ahead of the first few build, but it still has a long way to go.

Monaco has been in development for 3 years now, and the closed beta is certainly reflective of what the final version will be. If you get a chance, definitely jump in. The guys on Twitter may hand out codes to Aussie gamers if you are extra nice.

Also those who pre-order the game from the official site get instant access to the prototype that took out the 2010 IGF award over Super Meat Boy and Fez. It’s also 15% off until launch I believe.

It’s a lot better now, try and download the latest alpha and have a play. It still doesn’t have a win condition though IIRC which is frustrating.

Prison Architect is still in alpha dude, it will be a while until its feature complete.
