Part Dungeon Keeper, part Rollercoaster Tycoon, Dungeonland is a bit of an odd bird — but it’s an odd bird you can examine for yourself right now, as it’s just launched today. You can play it on your own or through co-op with friends, where we’re assured that “up to three players can play cooperatively to slaughter the monstrous staff and collect glittering piles of loot in fast-paced action gameplay. Meanwhile, a fourth player can take on the role of the Maestro himself, controlling the park’s traps and creatures, attempting to kill the other players, and mashing the “evil laugh” button as often as they can.”
Delightful! Behold this trailer below.
Dungeonland is available now on Steam and other outlets for $9.99, but you can grab it for $8.00 through Green Man Gaming with the code GMG20-PJFEW-Y16HK (but only before midnight on January 31st!). If you’re looking for a 4-pack though, Steam is the way to go.

One of the best trailers for a game i have seen in a while!
That trailer sold me instantly, however the trailer is right in the fact I couldn’t find 3 friends to play it :(
lol! Brilliant trailer. Hopefully game is equally as amusing. I’ll definitely be sussing out some reviews first before investing though. Hint, hint.
That was a hilariously awesome written trailer.
Not fond of hack-n-slash games myself, though I’d love to see the revival of Dungeon Keeper/Evil Genius type games.
Dubstep, tee-hee.
If I’m online I’m probably down to give this a shot. Steam id in the profile.
Damn this game is buggy as hell. I figured they would have learned from the Magicka release. Oh well it will be playable in a month maybe.
I managed to play some Dungeonland last night.
Wasnt impressed. Seems like cross between DOTA and hack/slash RPG designed for joystick first

no no no, you got it all wrongs… its sooooo a gauntlet remake, and a good one at that I might say, although I might be biased as I liked gauntlet (I remember playing the old 64 one in timezone :D).
Its lighthearted, $8, semi decent (quite a few bugs left to squish) and fun.
“still cheaper than pizza tho”
O god I wet myself
