Crysis 3 shows off the Typhoon gun, aliens don’t enjoy being shot with it

This is my weapon. She weighs 150 kilograms and fires $200 custom-tooled cartridges at 10,000 rounds per minute. It costs $400,000 to fire this weapon for twelve seconds. Ahah — oh, sorry, wrong video. Where was I? Oh right! Crysis 3 has a gun called the Typhoon, and it fires 500 rounds a second. It’s no Sascha, but hey, it’s a start. And these aliens don’t like it at all. Not one bit.

Crysis 3 hits on February 19 — check out our massive PC gaming release list and see what you need to mark on your calendar.

The gun doesn’t make much logical sense but looks like fun

‘Culmination of 2000 years of warfare’

You wanna know how I know the people that made the trailer are Christians?

Logically freshmint, a gun like this in the hands of a nanosuit wielder is the most effective killing tool for the regular ceph as the bullets won’t be wasted as opposed to someone spraying all over the place.

The Rifle reminds me of the Metal Storm company making electronic firing systems.

Dear god. I must have 5. I don’t think I’ll be able to touch another gun in that game. Between that and the bow, who needs anything else?

rapid101,
