Steam Greenlight approves 13 games, 6 software releases

greenlight

Steam has added a swathe of new titles to its Greenlight release approval system, thanks to ongoing support from community members. The new additions include thirteen games: Blackspace, Darkfall Unholy Wars, Dawn of Fantasy, Dragon’s Lair, Euro Truck Simulator 2, Gear Up, Kinetic Void – Space Adventure, The Light, No Time To Explain, Primordia, Sang-Froid : Tales of Werewolves, StarForge, and Waking Mars.

It also includes six pieces of non-gaming software, the first to be approved since the system was opened to utilities and applications: Action! Screen Recorder, Bandicam: Game Recorder, Construct 2, Display Fusion, HitFilm 2 and You Need A Budget 4.

The latest additions brings the grand total of Greenlit titles to 50 since its August launch. See the full Steam Greenlight line up and vote on titles you’d like to see released through Vave’s digital distribution service by logging in and visiting the Greenlight hub.

Woot for No Time to Explain! That game looked so crazy! XD Will need to look up the rest.

Why are truck simulators so popular? Trains I can understand, maybe. But trucks?

Euro Truck Simulator 2. Ugh.

Oh, and Bandicam. I *highly* recommend it. I used to be a disciple of FRAPS, but I’ve found Bandicam performs so much better and does plenty more. Being able to record in motion jpeg with separate audio streams for game and voice .. import directly into Sony Vegas Pro .. is just awesome.

Or, you can just record directly into mp4.

Check it.

I own Bandicam already, but gave it a vote cause it’s well worthy. Euro Truck Simulator 2 also got my vote last week, some people just like different things and it’s actually one of the better Truck games. :D

No Time to Explain! will be amazing, looking forward to it :D
Blackspace will be nice if they actually make it.
As for the truck Sim, I don’t get the attraction, but hey, if it makes money!
