Like money from our wallets, so are the Sales of our Steam

Steam Autumn Sale

The Steam Autumn Sales have kicked off right on schedule, with various bargains and specials ready to shut up and take your money.

Leading the pack is XCOM: Enemy Unknown down from $70 to $47, with The Walking Dead at half price down from $25 to $12.50 — a perfect time to jump in now that the first season has (tearfully and violently) wrapped up.

Elsewhere, there’s also Age of Empires III Complete for just $10, Torchlight II for just $15 (we all knew that was coming), Skyrim for $40, and Chivalry for a low, low $16.74.

Did you spot any other bargains? Let us know in the comments section!

Torchlight 2 and The Walking Dead. NOW YOU ARE MINE.

It’s sad, because the prices are still FAR more expensive direct through Steam for the sales vs getting them off a reputable CD-Key site…

“If you spot any bargains let us Know”

Yeah ok, how about this: Don’t pay the ridiculous Aussie price jacking on Steam.
GreenManGaming are having their own sale in the upcoming days from their blog

A few of the tripple A’s:
Dishonored at 50% off (This will be $30…or less*)
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim at 50% off (This will be $30…or less*)
XCOM Enemy Unknown at 25% off (This will be $37.50…or less*)
Borderlands 2 at 25% off (This will be $39~ish…or less*)

*GMG25-G4VDR-0ZL4Q will get you 25% off hundreds of digital titles on Green Man Gaming from 0001 GMT Friday November 23rd!
^ Whether that code will apply ontop of these discounts is anyone’s guess, but the non Aussie jacking on those prices are better than Steam’s anyway.

I was just about to write about this! GMG emailed us late last night with the details. Yeah, those prices are really good :)

Relaxed_Possum

I may as well reiterate this. Witcher II for $12 :)

Tim Colwill,

50% off Dishonoured (possibly more if that voucher works) in the GMG sale – I think I just found something to add to the pile of shame.

I would buy them but I dont want to “Cheapen IP”

[Unsubtle dig at EA] :p

I went through the ‘best sellers’ and found the following. These ones aren’t on the ‘main sales’ page thingy.

Spec Ops – The Line – $14.97 (50% off!)
Orcs Must Die 2 – $7.49 (50% off)
Dawnguard – $16.74 (33% off)

Been waiting for Spec Ops – The Line. I know what happens during it already, but I think I’m going to enjoy watching the destruction of the ideals of the individuals involved like some sort of sick voyeur.

hmmmm, skyrim is always less than $30 at ozgameshop anyway, with a CD key.
I’ll wait for steam to do better.
