Oooooh, breathe Jess, just breathe. I’m not going to lie to you, Marge. I’m pretty excited about this news. Maybe you can tell. Okay, it’s not news per se, but it’s confirmation and reaffirmation that it’s coming, it’s happening, it’s a reality. And it’s happening sooner than I ever could have hoped for.

Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition will be out before the end of the month. And when it’s out, Trent Oster told Red Bull UK, the team will immediately begin on Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Edition, AKA my favourite game in the entire world. And they expect to ship it out the door by Summer (Winter, here) 2013.

Okay, so they had a few months delay with this one, maybe I won’t hold my breathe for Summer. But it’s on the way, and it’s coming soon. “The instant Baldur’s Gate is completed most of our team is ready to start work on [it], with a couple holding back to continue to add features and support the fans,” he said. “We’re planning on shipping [it] in 2013, hopefully before the end of summer.”

Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition is due for release on November 28.

Go for the eyes Boo! GO FOR THE EYES!!

Always loved that emote, even if I wasn’t an overly big fan of the BG series. It was a very popular game it introduced a lot of people to RPG gaming so in that it will always be a classic.

just finished up with XCOM my body is prepared

This is coming to iPad, I just bought a 4th gen iPad, these two events correlate nicely!

I’ll never be finished with XCOM. But I’m always prepared for BG. mmm BG.
