i am curious as to how we know this given the tendency for ppl to do the opposite, unless we actually know these ‘many ppl’.

i mean their support isn’t ‘good’ indeed from my own experience, but if there’s anything i’ve learned is that i trust the words of some random unknowns on the internet even more.

and I mean accounts that had nothing to do with exploits .etc.

they just have really generic banned reasons that the CS then says is related to being ‘hacked’ or ‘compromised’.
the problem being many people are using email addresses and passwords specific to their gw2 account and still supposedly being ‘hacked’.

the real problem comes when wait times just for a response on a ticket are over a week and morons who were exploiting are getting their problems resolved first.

This guide was really just to get people who were a little unsure about WvW started.

But that’s a great idea, we’d definitely be happy to run indepth guides. We’re already planning on hitting up ArenaNet for an interview after the dust settles a bit anyway.
