EA release BF3: Armored Kill launch trailer, PS3-owning premium members everywhere put on their smugface

The first step in the series of baby-steps that is the launch of Battlefield 3: Armored Kill was taken today, with its release to Premium members playing on the PS3.

To celebrate, a launch trailer has been released, like some sort of salt-based wound accessory. It shows gameplay from all four of the new maps that feature in the expansion — the expansion which, if you are an XBox or PC player and not a premium member, you won’t get for another two weeks. So enjoy the trailer!

LOOKS AMAZING

MY CAPS LOCK KEY IS BROKEN

What’s become of GONs own video player? Every video seems to be Youtube these days.

Wow looks awesome, now I’m going to have to get premium lol….Best place to buy other than origin anyone?

yurtles,

Youtube is superior I guess. It has the option for HD and resizing.

And it works!

Now if only they would finally make those AT-launchers a bit more authentic.

BF3 might just be the only game where an LAV can basically outrun an AT-rocket. Very frustrating.

Just for the sake of it, here’s an example:

A real AT4 rocket travels at roughly 1/3 the speed of an 5.56 bullet fired from an M4. So that is actually pretty damn fast.

fuck that looks sooooooo good, that night time mission looks awsome with all the gunfire and that going on in the background. can’t wait!!

come on just one more week!

cant wait for this dlc

And server admins will probably ruin the game by having 100000 ticket servers that go for three god damn hours. This trend is really giving me the irrits. Last night I played on a 1000 ticket Close Quarters server that went for over an hour. The first 15 minutes are great but after that everyone burns out and starts camping.

BAD SERVER ADMINS, STOP IT. 600 tickets absolute maximum.
