Crowd control to get a buff at higher levels.

Crowd control effects are set to get a buff in the future of Diablo III, with a new developer post hitting Battle.net today that outlines Blizzard’s plans to tackle the issue. Currently, crowd control effects have a substantially lessened power as you advance through higher difficulties, something that Blizzard intends to correct through a reworked diminshing returns system.
The new system will add a new stat to each monster that tracks its resistance to crowd control effects, a stat that is handled individually to allow for control effects to reduce in duration with increased application.
