Battlefield’s 10th anniversary means Battlefield savings on Origin

Battlefield Logo

Today marks the 10th anniversary of the Battlefield series and, to celebrate, EA are having a sale! The primary game of interest for many will of course be Battlefield 3, which is on sale for a paltry $20 (although not nearly as paltry as the $10 our US friends are paying for it).

You’ll also find savings across the rest of the Battlefield range: Bad Company 2 AND Bad Company 2: Digital Deluxe Edition are both $10 (bizarre), and Battlefield 2142 is also down to $10.

The sale runs until September 24.

But not Bf3 Premium I bet…

Also, so much for sales not cheapening the franchise guys.

The real question is… Do I get steam activation for these? :)

Seems like a silly question to me but I can guess why one would ask this. None of the games are “steam locked” so you will not.

still dont know why they havnt got bf 1942 and its expansions on origin!?!?!

No real surprise EA games is charging more for Aussies
Nor that Armored kill isnt on sale

Having more fun in Torchlight 2 then BF3 currently

well just like the fact that you can have “a friend” in the US gift you games for cheaper on steam
its also very easy to get origin games cheaper with your own account by simply buying via a proxy server

Hell, I’m having more fun on planetside and I didn’t even pay for it, let alone pay extortionate fees for the privilege.

Has is really been 10 years since BF1942…
