Europa Universalis IV announced and trailered

Five years since the last release, Paradox has finally unveiled Europa Universalis IV. The grand strategy sequel will take some cues from Crusader Kings, emphasising the individual through the concept of Monarch Power, and will include events and a full tutorial, making it a little less sandboxy. Paradox also reckons this one will be a little more streamlined than earlier entires, without being dumbed down, and plans to polish it until it glows, which should please the graphics fans among us. Europa Universalis IV is expected in the third quarter of 2013.
