They have more then one monkey working on the game, it’s just the auction monkeys turn.

Don’t fix the itemization (terrible legendaries, sifting through useless-for-your-class yellows) or expand/tweak the current mobs (because arcane fire chains vortex molten enemies are totally fair). Just funnel everyone through the auction house! No need to play the game for yourself ever! I enjoyed D3 up to inferno, but after the ‘gear check’ phase I just got sick of it.

there is just as many complains about the bad AH as there is about everything else you talk about. and they are fixing the things you mention that are within reason.

Finally! I’m sick of only 3 different stats when searching for gear. Sometimes, you just need that extra Dex, Vit, LoH, +exp, +Attack Speed and a socket.
