Looking great, going to have to look at some upgrades for this beauty.
Hopefully a lot of control issues are fixed with ARMA III as well as though, pretty graphics only gets you so far.

Bohemia have added changes that were originally made in ShackTacs Arma 2 mods and incorporated that into the game (or so I heard). That fact alone means the control schemes will be better.
I hope that Arma 3 doesn’t become a steam exclusive game though.
That would be cool. I love the ARMA series, was (and still am I guess) a massive fan of OFP: CWC so it’s not like I can’t deal with their interfaces and controls, just would be nice to see it, ..smoother I guess? A little more slick mayhap in the way it’s executed.

Really? I never stopped to notice TBH and if it saves me 10fps…get rid of it. I love the ARMA series but one thing that I hate is the animation of when you kill a player – its like it does some other animation at that instant. Would be good if the kills played out like say BF3 or something.
pity the grass draw distance isnt infinite.. spec on arma 2, see people in ‘grass’ miles away..

Pretty sure I heard they have ragdolls in Arma 3, So it’ll be a lot more like GTA 4, where they ragdoll down etc.
